Whether you have just moved to the area, are changing dentist or just haven’t been for a while, we would love to meet you at Whitehall Dental Practice. We are a friendly and approachable team backed up with the most up-to-date technology in a relaxed and well-appointed environment.

We have several options for joining the practice.

Private Patient

You may wish to join on a ‘pay as you go’ basis, whereby you pay for any treatment needed. This is the most popular option here at Whitehall. Following an examination, you will receive a treatment plan itemising the treatment needed and a quotation for the cost. Please see the ‘Fee Guide’ page for indicative prices.

We offer finance options, including 0% finance, should you wish to spread the cost of treatment. Our reception staff will be happy to explain the process. 0% finance starts from as low as £8.65 per week.

Whitehall Membership Plan

You can become a Member at Whitehall after your new patient assessment. Our membership plan helps you to budget for your routine dental care. Included in your membership are two dental health reviews with your Dentist per year, two 30 minute dental hygiene visits per year and dental xrays as required. The Whitehall Membership Plan currently costs £14.00 per month. Membership benefits also include fixed price fillings and savings across the board on treatment together with exclusive member only special offers.

Denplan Care

If you would like to budget for your dental costs, Denplan Care may be the best for you. After an initial examination, we will advise you of any treatment that is needed to make you ‘dentally fit’. You would then pay a monthly fee to cover all your dental bills*. Your monthly fee is based on your initial assessment, which considers the amount of dentistry you have had previously and your risk of further needs. This assessment is universal across all Denplan practices. Denplan Care also provides worldwide emergency dental insurance and you can opt to add implant cover to your policy.

NHS

We have a small restricted NHS contract to provide general dental services to children and fully exempt adults. We are able to take on new patients, subject to capacity. Please ask at reception for our current ability to register new NHS patients.

Dear patients and friends

We are now over 2 months into lockdown and the whole team hopes you are keeping healthy and well and managing to stay in touch with your loved ones regularly. We are still here at Whitehall Dental Practice and missing you, our lovely patients, very much.

We are still being advised by our regulatory bodies to remain closed and await further guidance on when we might be able to reopen our doors. We have been working hard over the past few weeks to ensure that the practice is as safe as it can be when we do open up again. We have been restlessly sourcing the personal protective equipment (PPE) that we feel will be needed in order to keep both you and our team safe when we resume oral health checks and dental treatment again.

Once again, we are missing seeing you every day and are looking forward to welcoming you back again very soon. The practice will need to operate slightly differently (and we may look slightly different in our PPE!) when we return, but we are the same team you have come to know at Whitehall. We will be in touch again shortly with what you can expect on your first visit back to the practice.

We will begin by prioritising patients with urgent dental problems, working through to routine, non-urgent treatments. With this in mind, we are creating a 'waiting list' and would ask any patients who are currently experiencing any dental problems to contact us by emailing info@whitehalldental.co.uk. We can then add you to this list to ensure you are seen promptly upon our return.

We are also aware that many of you have been getting in touch to say that you had been thinking about changing your smile once we re-open and we are considering remote consultations. We will of course keep you updated regarding this.

And remember, we are still here for you! If you have any concerns about your dental health, please do not suffer in silence. You can reach us easily by telephone and we'll be happy to offer any advice.
